Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The successful RN will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. The duties for the RN include but are not limited to the list below. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional patient-centered care by creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for all patients. Promote health and wellness through patient education and the administration of prescribed treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and organizational standards. Serve as a primary liaison between providers and patients, addressing questions, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring patient understanding of care recommendations. Perform intravenous (IV) therapy, including initiation, monitoring, and management of infusions while adhering to safety and infection-control standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories, screenings, vital signs, and evaluation of patient needs. Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, communications, and outcomes in electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance. Maintain extensive knowledge of clinical services, treatments, and wellness products to effectively educate and support patients. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes. Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all patient information. Participate in ongoing professional development, staff meetings, and training programs to maintain clinical competency and support organizational goals. Support daily clinic operations through cross-functional teamwork, administrative assistance, and other duties as assigned to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Requirements Licensed to practice in SC Experience with IV administration required WORK ENVIRONMENT You must be able to stand and treat patients for the duration of your day. You will be required to electronically chart on a computer or other similar device. You must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs.
