Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) – ASCP Certified\n

A healthcare facility is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis .

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
\n
• Analyze, interpret, and report accurate patient results
\n
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
\n
• Follow quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols
\n
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• ASCP certification required
\n
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
\n
• Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
\n
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
\n
