Prasino, an eco-friendly american fare restaurant is recruiting talented staff to man our bar. we opened in August in the new Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and are searching for personable, outgoing bar staff to help grow our bar business. The bartender is the person directly responsible for preparation and delivery of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as they enter the bar as well as for servers working the dining room, under the general guidance of the Manager or Assistant Manager and within the limits of established restaurant policies and procedures. The bartender is expected to warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, assist manager/host/ess in accommodating waiting guests; t0 prepare, deliver and/or serve all beverage orders within time standards; to ensure quality of ingredients, preparation, presentation and correct glassware of all beverages served. The bartender is expected to utilize suggestive selling skills with the menu for all food and beverage as well as express an attitude of friendly hospitality in all aspects of service. Requirements 2-4 years bar experience in an upscale environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
