Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to policy. Clinical Support: Assist with diagnostic procedures, provider rounds, and collection of specimens. Care Coordination: Communicate with team members to support continuity of care. Program Implementation: Follow individual health plans and support personal care routines. Safety Practices: Participate in emergency responses and maintain compliance with required training. Work Hours and Additional Information Full-time employment. 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) with rotating break days and every other weekend off. Travel and overtime as needed. No telework option. Starting annual salary of $68,914 (before taxes). Required Experience, Training & Eligibility Active authorization to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania. Employees with an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as an LPN within one year. PA residency requirement is currently waived. Eligible if within 60 days of completing an approved nursing program; must provide proof of current PA temporary practice permit or LPN license at appointment. Must be able to perform essential job functions. Legal Requirements Conditional offer requires satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening test. Position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act, requiring submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports.
