Video Editor

The Video Editor will be responsible for bringing our content to life across multiple formats — short-form social clips, info product videos, marketing ads, and long-form YouTube content. You'll work both independently and as part of a creative team to deliver high-quality edits that are on-brand, on-message, and optimized for their intended platform. This role is purely post-production focused, but it requires a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. You'll be editing for impact, whether the goal is to entertain, educate, or convert viewers into customers. Key responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, and education products. Use Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve as core tools; Blender skills are a major plus. Create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and engagement. Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips when needed. Add captions, effects, music, and sound design to maximize viewer retention. Perform color grading and audio mixing for a polished, professional finish. Manage file organization, project structure, and video publishing workflows. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align video output with campaign goals. Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Qualifications & skills Proven talent in video editing — portfolio required. Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects or similar). Strong eye for pacing, timing, and audience engagement. Bonus skills: Blender, advanced color grading, and audio mixing.
