Looking for more than just another restaurant job? We're a Fast-Growing, High-Volume pizza shop in Chagrin Falls looking for a Strong, Reliable Leader to run day-to-day operations and help build an Awesome team culture!

Romeo's Pizza was founded in 2001 in Medina Ohio with the purpose of creating GREAT-tasting pizza that not only connects people but also benefits the community. Since then, the brand has grown to over 60+ locations that serve over one million friends and families each year!!
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations (staff, service, and kitchen flow)
- Manage and motivate a team of drivers & our veteran in-store crew
- Ensure fast, high-quality food and great customer service
- Learn our scheduling & ordering processes
- Keep a clean & organized store that runs smoothly
- Starting pay commensurate with experience and proven results, with performance-based bonuses and regular merit-based reviews.
