What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Managing customer accounts, including collections, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling sensitive information related to loans, banking, and credit.
• Utilizing strong analytical skills and sound judgment to address complex situations.
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
• Using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to complete daily tasks and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all State and Federal licensing requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Possess advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability and sound judgment.
• Are proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have experience working with loans, banking information, and credit (required).
• Bring relevant experience in collections, posting payments, or sales (preferred).
• Can successfully pass a background check to meet State and Federal licensing requirements.
• Understand how your role aligns with business priorities, culture change, and strategic planning.
