Bilingual HR Assistant
Pay rate: $25.00. Duration: Length of assignment has not been defined yet but will be directly related to staffing needs of the business. Expect assignment to last through 12/31/26.
Top skills: Bi-lingual (Spanish), strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, multi-tasking, MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to HR Manager as needed
- Screening applicants and scheduling conducting interviews
- Helping new hires through onboarding process
- Translating promotional recruiting material, recruiting flyers, work standards, instructions, etc.
- All other duties as assigned
Preferred that the candidates have industry experience in manufacturing but it is not required.
Work schedule & hours/days: Mon-Fri. (potentially on a Saturday for a job fair if needed) - 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
PPE required: PPE is required while in the plant (safety glasses and ear plugs are provided by Bridgestone). Steel-toed shoes required in plant and may need to be in the plant as determined necessary by HR Manager.
Level of education needed: Associates Degree.
Training shift and schedule: Training will be provided by HR Manager.
Background check waiver: No.
