The Position
Administrative Assistant to the General Manager- Looking for someone who is detail oriented and computer savvy to assist the team at a busy apartment leasing center. This position is a wonderful opportunity to learn or advance your career in Property Management at JCM Living. Work with a dynamic team helping people find their dream apartment-homes in our beautiful Leasing Center and Management Office. The right candidate should be very well organized, a multi-tasker and great communicator with some customer service experience. Position offers great benefit package!
Responsibilities include:
- Front Desk duties
- Assist management and team members as needed
- Resident Services
- Data Entry
- General paperwork/filing
- Organize community mailings
- Answering the telephone
- Helping the leasing team
- Administrative duties
- Assisting the General Manager
