Salary $103,690 to $134,798 per year Appointment type Permanent Work schedule Full-time Duties SummaryThis position is located in the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration, Office of the Comptroller. The incumbent serves as a Budget Analyst responsible for budget formulation, justification and presentation; budget execution; and budget oversight for a segment of an organization's programs.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, coordinate, and carry out annual and multi-year budgeting in support of assigned appropriations, bureau(s), or major bureau components or programs. Review, analyze, consolidate, and revise budget execution plans. Advise program and other managers of the necessity for and type of budgetary action to be implemented to meet their particular programmatic requirements.Develop cost-benefit and other analysis for recommending changes in funding and budget plans, and highlights the impact, including out-years, on programs, projects, or activities.
