Production Team LeaderLeads the production team to meet daily production goals in alignment with company policies and quality system.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSOversee and support daily production activityPrepare and maintain production documents, shipping log and inventoryInspect ordersCreate and inspect labelsCollaborates with manager to establish, communicate, and execute measurable production and cultural goals to deliver uncompromised safety, quality, service, and performance objectives in support of production operations.Implements production operations to meet prescribed productivity and quality goals to ensure adherence with production schedules and quality system.Anticipates problem issues before they arise and takes corrective action.Coaches the production team towards common objectives.Applies sound motivational and correctional techniques, including coaching and disciplinary actions in order to comply with production protocols and SOPs.Assigns specific duties to personnel in order to achieve daily production goals.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESBilingual/SpanishExperience functioning as a proactive team player.Must possess strong planning skills with ability to analyze trends and determine corrective actions.Demonstrated ability to produce on schedule.Act independently in a constructive manner.Strongly motivated to improve self.
