Certified Nursing Assistant

$673.20/week - Job Summary: Providing essential patient care in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting, the CNA plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of residents. This position involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities: Perform basic patient care duties such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff. Assist with mobility and transfer activities to ensure resident safety. Maintain clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control procedures. Document resident care accurately and timely in compliance with facility protocols. Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or hold a valid exemption. Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and team members. Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, healthcare environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
