We are looking for a hands-on General Manager with a background in upscale dining to lead daily operations at a recognized Nashville venue centered on Asian cuisine and craft beverage programs. Proven experience in staff development, P&L management, and service execution is required.

• 4 + years of dedicated leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)

• A proven track record of strong employee retention through positive leadership and effective team development.
• Exceptional guest relations skills , ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience for every guest.
• A deep understanding of fine dining standards and service etiquette , including wine service, table management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong operational acumen , including scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Proficiency in training and developing FOH staff to consistently deliver a high level of service.
