Key Responsibilities

1. Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and professional networks.

1. Conduct first-round interviews with candidates for Business Development Intern roles.

1. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication

throughout the hiring process.

1. Assist in maintaining candidate records and recruitment pipelines.

1. Support HR team initiatives related to recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current university student or recent graduate; any major is welcome .

Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and willingness to engage with people. xhyhwjd
