The Position: Our client is seeking a Lead Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services while offering clinical leadership and support to a team of providers. This position combines patient care with provider mentorship, quality improvement initiatives, and operational leadership. Our client offers the following compensation and benefits:

Requirements:

• MD or DO Degree from an Accredited Medical School
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine / Family Medicine or Related Primary Care Specialty
• Active California Medical License or Ability to Obtain
• Active DEA Registration
• Current BLS Certification
• Previous Primary Care Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide Comprehensive Primary Care Services for an Assigned Patient Panel
• Diagnose and Treat Acute and Chronic Medical Conditions
• Supervise and Mentor Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
• Assist with Provider Training, Onboarding, and Development
• Conduct Clinical Quality Reviews and Performance Evaluations
• Support Clinical Risk Management and Quality Improvement Initiatives
• Collaborate with Leadership on Provider Recruitment and Retention
• Participate in Clinical, Operational, and Quality Meetings
• Assist with Development of Educational and Training Programs
• Promote Evidence-Based, Patient-Centered Care
