We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Service Specialist to support business banking clients with treasury management and commercial banking products. This role serves as a key operational partner for clients and internal partners while providing exceptional customer service and relationship support.

Core Responsibilities

• Support commercial banking customers with servicing requests and account maintenance.
• Assist clients with Treasury Management products and services.
• Process and resolve issues involving ACH, wires, Positive Pay, and related banking services.
• Research and resolve client inquiries.
• Build strong partnerships with Relationship Managers and internal partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.
• Participate in operational and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance standards.
• Serve as a trusted client resource across commercial banking products.

Required Qualifications

• Prior banking experience.
• Experience supporting business or commercial banking customers.
• Knowledge of treasury management products.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial banking experience.
• ACH, wire, and treasury services experience.
• Internal U.S. Bank experience.
• Demonstrated career progression and growth.
• Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.
