Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Educator

RN Nurse Educator, Cardiac Cath Lab We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Educator to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in cardiac catheterization and a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of nurses. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Assess the educational needs of the nursing staff and create customized training plans. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions and make improvements as necessary. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing Education is required. Substantial hands‑on experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab. Previous experience as an educator in an acute care facility. Compensation and Benefits Permanent Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000 annually, market competitive. Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer match. Time Off: Generous paid sick leave and PTO.
