ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been a State Farm agent for 18 years and recently expanded by acquiring a second office. Today, our team includes nine team members across both locations, all working together to help our customers build stronger financial futures.

Im a proud parent of three very active kids and love supporting organizations in our community, especially those that empower women, such as Opening Doors and She Unites. Giving back and supporting others is a big part of what motivates both me and our team.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachel FitzPatrick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
