3rd Grade General Studies Teacher
Join our vibrant community at Torah Academy (Boys Division) as a 3rd Grade General Studies Teacher! We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our 3rd-grade students in a fun and engaging learning environment.
About the Role:
As a 3rd Grade General Studies Teacher you will be responsible for creating a warm, caring, and safe environment for our students. You will teach all 3rd-grade general studies content areas, including ELA, History, Math, and Science, and develop creative lesson plans to engage students' interest. You will also monitor and communicate student progress, providing feedback to students and their families.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm, caring, and safe environment for students
Design and implement lesson plans for 3rd-grade general studies
Monitor and communicate student progress
Provide feedback to students and their families
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School
What We're Looking For:
Prior successful elementary-level teaching experience (experience in a Jewish environment is preferred)
Strong commitment to practicing differentiated instruction
Passion for educating young children
Creativity and ability to think outside the box when challenging young minds
Details:
Location: Torah Academy, Brookline, Massachusetts
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 1:00-4:00 p.m., Friday, 12:00-1:30/2:30 p.m.
Salary: $25,000-$32,000, based on experience
