Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology Technologist

Sable Corporation is recruiting an experienced technologist for a dual-modality assignment supporting both the cardiac catheterization lab and interventional radiology at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. Cath Lab experience is required.

Schedule
Monday Friday: five anticipated day shifts of eight paid hours each. The current source shift is 7 a.m. 3:30 p.m. The planning record uses a provisional 30-minute unpaid meal each day, giving 40 paid hours from 42.5 clock hours per week. Weekly shifts, paid hours, meal arrangements and reporting times require facility confirmation. Rotating call is required: two days per week and one weekend per month. Start date is coordinated during onboarding.

Responsibilities
Assist the cardiologist or radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Scrub procedures or monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data, prepare the procedure room, maintain instrument and supply readiness, and support invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures. Participate in quality improvement and staff training.

Qualifications
ARRT Radiography (R) certification and applicable state licensure are required. Current AHA BLS/BCLS is required; ACLS is required within 30 days of hire. Cath Lab experience and EPIC proficiency are required. Prior interventional radiology experience and vascular-interventional (VI) certification are preferred.
