Space utilization and inventory techniques.* Operation of warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks and pallet jacks.* Health and safety regulations* Basic math.**Indicators & Attributes for Success:*** Effective & decisive decision-making skills* Cultural awareness* Business acumen* Customer/Client focus* Critical evaluation* Positive attitude* Organizational & prioritization skills* Communication skills* Empathy* Accountability* Ethical practice* Patience* Flexibility* Must be sensitive to Corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs**Primary Responsibilities:*** Warehouse transfers in Epicor.* Investigates and corrects inventory discrepancies.* Creates and reviews system reports.* Identifies parts and vendors.* Negotiates prices with vendors.* Works with Master Data Specialist for new vendor set up.* Ordering- Initiates PO requests and adjustments with Supply Chain.* Assists District Receiver with orders, discrepancies, and closing out purchase orders.* Logistics- coordinates with crews on orders and requests.* Maintains a well-organized process for all paperwork.* Participates in 24-hour on-call schedule.* *Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
