Linehaul Driver

Role: Long-haul tractor-trailer driver responsible for safely transporting products from the warehouse to customer locations, primarily across multiple states. Responsibilities: Deliver goods on time, load and unload per customer specifications, complete all required paperwork accurately, maintain food safety protocols, operate equipment safely, develop good customer relationships, and communicate route or product issues to management. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus 1 year driving experience preferred; valid Class A CDL; knowledge of DOT regulations, safety practices, and problem-solving skills. Skills: Ability to drive long distances in various conditions, communicate effectively, perform basic math, and operate truck equipment and onboard computers. Physical Demands & Environment: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in diverse weather and conditions, and climb in/out of trucks. Work may involve exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures, with occasional overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
