Job Summary

As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest service in a fun and energetic environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting our service team, ensuring timely food and drink delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests' needs.
• Greet guests with a warm and sincere smile.
• Assist the service team with all food and beverage service.
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and navigate through all venue areas.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform calmly under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken directions.

Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
