Shipping/receiving clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. salary: $41,500 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Report damaged or missing items to management.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
