Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy assistant services under the supervising physical therapist's plan of care

- Apply therapeutic modalities and assist with wound care as directed by the PT
- Monitor patient progress, document responses, and communicate changes to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support safety, discharge planning, and goal attainment
- Maintain equipment, practice infection control, and ensure accurate charting and documentation

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Massachusetts
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Experience in LTAC or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a 8-hour shift within a LTAC-skilled nursing setting
