Position Overview LPN – Overnights (7:00 pm–7:00 am) on Thursdays and Fridays, with optional Wednesday day shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm). Part‑time or full‑time. Responsibilities Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment, and discharge. Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear medication logs. Collaborate with extended medical, clinical, and UR teams to ensure coordination of care. Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client. Provide patient education in individual and group settings. Qualifications Minimum one-year diploma program post‑high‑school. Current LPN licensure to practice in‑state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges. Strong oral and written communication skills. Detail‑oriented, efficient worker able to multitask. Compassionate, dignified character that models recovery principles. Location Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 40‑bed residential facility located on 5.19 acres in the Poconos mountains, offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services with round‑the‑clock supervision and care.
