We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Events Assistant to support live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. As a Marketing Events Assistant, you'll represent our clients at community events, engage with attendees, support on-site event activities, and help create memorable brand experiences that drive awareness and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of live marketing events and fundraising campaigns.
• Engage with event attendees to promote client brands, products, services, or charitable initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members through face-to-face interactions.
• Distribute promotional materials and communicate campaign messaging clearly and professionally.
• Welcome guests and provide information about client campaigns and initiatives.
• Help achieve campaign goals related to brand awareness, customer acquisition, and fundraising.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive and engaging event experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent clients with enthusiasm and integrity.
• Track event activities and provide feedback to management following campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• No prior experience required—paid training is provided.
