Position: Urgent Care Staff Physician Full-time, Part-time, & PRN Available Bonus: $100,000 Sign-On for Full-Time Only Stipend: $60,000/year for Medical Directorship We have expanded our brand and services throughout Bakersfield, Fresno, Clovis, Chino, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Wildomar, Murrieta, Temecula, and Los Angeles. We have 16 clinic locations throughout Central and Southern CA to serve your urgent care needs, and we will have 19 clinics by the end of the year. Job Overview: We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the Advancement of a Medical Directorship in Bakersfield, CA. Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break. Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and managing 4 mid-level providers. Part-time will be a minimum of 6 shifts per month and managing up to 4 mid-level providers. Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting. Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray. All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist, with results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
