Eat Restaurant Partners is the largest independent restaurant group in Richmond. We have been a fixture of the Richmond Restaurant Scene for over 20 years including RVA icons such as Red Salt, Lucky AF, and Fat Dragon to name just a few. We currently have 13 restaurants and will double the size of our company over the next 3 years. Lots of future growth opportunities! We train big and promote often.
The Role:
We're looking for a driven, upscale Sous Chef to join our team as we add new restaurant to our portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparations.
- Supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring all dishes are prepared to our exacting standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff, instilling in them the high standards and passion we embody
- Ensure consistent and smooth kitchen operation during the Executive Chef's absence.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and comply with all health and safety regulations.
