Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with trusted travel vendors and tour operators to secure the best options and pricing suited for romantic experiences. Booking Management: Oversee all bookings and confirmations, ensuring a smooth and accurate planning process. Customer Support: Provide dedicated support throughout the planning process and during travel, handling any changes or emergencies with professionalism. Travel Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and seasonal specials related to romantic travel. Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback and encourage future bookings and referrals. Qualifications Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
