Coordinador Clínico: Integración de Equipos y Calidad
Doctors’ Center Hospital, INC.
Responsable de facilitar la coordinación y continuidad de los servicios clínicos entre las distintas áreas, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los supervisores clínicos para garantizar una atención segura, eficiente y centrada en el paciente. Apoya la estandarización de procesos, el cumplimiento regulatorio y la comunicación efectiva entre equipos. Cualificaciones Bachillerato en Enfermería. Licencia, registro, colegiación, CPR y ACLS vigentes en Puerto Rico. Experiencia previa en entorno hospitalario y trabajo colaborativo con equipos clínicos. Experiencia en coordinación de procesos o proyectos clínicos. Habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y fomentar la colaboración entre áreas. Dominio de sistemas electrónicos de salud (preferible).
