General Manager – Lead a High-Volume Downtown Restaurant | Up to $85K

We're partnering with a well-established, locally loved restaurant and brewpub in the heart of downtown Baltimore that is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a talented team, and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary up to $85,000

What You'll Do

Lead all front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily execution
Hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
Drive sales while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs
Maintain outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
Work closely with culinary leadership to maintain quality and consistency

What We're Looking For

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven success managing financial performance, labor, and P&L
Experience in high-volume food and beverage operations
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Brewery or craft beer knowledge is a plus but not required
