Location: Souderton, PA

Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Shift Mon-Fri

Pay: $24+ (Shift Differentials - Overtime and Double Time Opportunities)

Packaging Line Lead Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pharmaceutical packaging activities in a cleanroom environment while maintaining GMP
• Lead and support cleanroom production teams to ensure workflow efficiency and GMP compliance
• Schedule, assign, and prioritize packaging work orders according to GMP requirements
• Review batch records, line clearance, and documentation in alignment with GMP
• Communicate with quality, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and support GMP standards

Packaging Line Lead Requirements

• Previous pharmaceutical or cleanroom manufacturing experience with strong GMP knowledge
• Prior experience in a coordinator or team lead role within a GMP regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom setting and enforce procedures
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
