Envision is hiring a full-time experienced Emergency Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a full-time nocturnist role in Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity is ideal for advanced practice providers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care and thrive in a fast-paced overnight environment. Strong clinical expertise and a commitment to exceptional patient service are essential. Requirements Must have 2 years emergency or urgent care experience / no new graduates at this time. Position Profile Cross-credentialed to provide coverage at both Banner University and Banner Estrella. 75,000 annual ED volume (98% adult patients). 60-bed state-of-the-art ED with 8-bed Fast Track, 2 major resuscitation, and 6 trauma bays. Physician coverage: 96 hours daily. Advanced Practice Provider coverage: 38 hours daily. Scribes Level I ACS Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center 24/7 Cardiac Cath Lab. Academic appointment at University of Arizona W2 status with comprehensive benefits package.
