Customer Service Associate

Job Title This role requires someone who is administratively proficient, highly organized, and confident working with Microsoft 365 applicationsespecially Excel. Clear communication, strong follow-through, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Administrative Duties Enter, review, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, systems, and internal records Create and manage reports using Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools Support document preparation, file management, and internal process tracking Route communications appropriately and follow up on outstanding items Assist with digital filing and general administrative tasks Proactively identify ways to improve workflow Looking for someone who brings ideas Customer Service Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, shipping) to ensure customer needs are met Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions Contract Administration Support Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of customer contracts Track contract requirements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required contract information Assist with contract modifications, renewals, and closeout activities Required Skills/Abilities Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or contract support role preferred Competent in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word; SharePoint a plus) Solid Excel skills: filtering, formulas, formatting, etc. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Highly organized and dependable Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Hours Full-time position MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM Compensation $20-25 per hour DOE Competitive wage and benefit package.
