Provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care.

Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain).

DEA registration as required.

Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience required.
