Responsibilities * Hiring Immediately - Competitive pay & great benefits * Significant advancement opportunities * Fun, fast-paced environment! * Leverage knowledge and experience within the automotive industry to deliver exceptional oil change and preventative maintenance services * Make recommendations for additional services based on a detailed inspection * Utilize automotive knowledge to train and set the pace for new/less experienced technicians * Assist store management with recruiting and scheduling of resources * Address customer concerns and warranty issues * Willingness to assume progressive levels of leadership within the organization Experience * 2+ years of proven work experience within the automotive/quick lube industry * Retail and/or Customer Service experience preferred * Proficient with computers and technology * Education - High school diploma, minimum Competencies * Extensive knowledge of vehicles, required services, tools, etc. * Detail-oriented * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Friendly, engaging demeanor * Adaptable to various positions (i.e. cashier, automotive tech, leadership) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay commensurate with automotive experience/qualifications * Sales commissions/bonuses * Competitive Benefits * Healthcare * Paid Time Off * 401(k) Retirement * Ability to use facilities to work on personal vehicles * Comprehensive on-the-job training LOF-Xpress™ Oil Change is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
