Leasing Consultant

Compensation $19 to $21 per hour. Overview Adelaide Apartments is looking for a Leasing Consultant who thrives on using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements. Competitive compensation includes bonuses outlined by the property's commission structure. Responsibilities Generate interest by highlighting unique features and benefits of the community. Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process. Serve as a resource for residents to express issues and assist in finding solutions. Build lasting relationships to retain and attract residents. Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail. Coordinate fun activities for residents. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Valid Driver’s License. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
