ATM Tester - Hardware & SoftwareJob DescriptionWe are seeking two experienced ATM Testers to join our team and support a high-visibility ATM certification initiative with a major banking customer in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will work onsite in the customer's ATM lab, executing certification testing on next-generation ATM platforms. This position combines both software and hardware testing responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work in a lab environment.ResponsibilitiesExecute certification testing on next-generation ATM platforms.Accelerate the certification process for new ATM deployments.Perform both software and hardware testing in a lab environment.Conduct ATM Imaging and Re-Imaging by building, configuring, and resetting ATM environments.Troubleshoot hardware by opening machines, diagnosing faults, and working with firmware and physical components.Execute software/functional testing, validate functionality, and identify defects, which will account for approximately 75% of the role.Analyze logs, investigate issues, and determine root causes to solve technical problems.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in ATM Testing.Experience in ATM certification, validation, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in ATM Imaging & Re-Imaging.Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and software/functional testing.Ability to perform log analysis and technical problem solving.Additional Skills and QualificationsExperience in the finance and banking sectors, particularly with NCR systems, is a plus.Work EnvironmentWork onsite in a collaborative ATM lab environment in Columbus, Ohio. Engage in technical and hands-on tasks rather than traditional desk-based QA testing. The role offers a balance of software and hardware testing in a dynamic setting.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
