We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates with at least six months of recent warehouse experience. Pay and Benefits: $16.50/hour with weekly pay Benefits available after 30 days Paid time off $50 referral bonus Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or until work is complete Hours may vary based on daily volume Duties Include: Loading and unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting and scanning orders, and performing general warehouse duties. Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term. Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour Duties: Load and unload trucks manually. Lift products, shrink-wrap, and palletize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds Strong attention to details Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork Position Requirements: Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.
