Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Nolensville and borders Nashville, Franklin, Smyrna and Brentwood. Our office is open 9AM - 5PM. I have been a State Farm agent since 2020. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of University of Central Arkansas. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 20 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
