What You'll Do

• Handle 30–50 inbound customer calls per day regarding prescription benefit inquiries.
• Assist members with questions related to coverage, claims, eligibility, and pharmacy benefits.
• Research and resolve customer concerns using healthcare information systems.
• Provide accurate information regarding prescription coverage and plan benefits.
• Build rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality and call center performance metrics.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or benefits-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Schedule

On-Site in Fremont, NE

• Monday & Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $19.33/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
