This role offers competitive compensation based on experience + a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefit.Responsibilities:• Provide legal counsel to employers on various labor and employment issues, including workplace policies, employee relations, wage compliance, and risk management.• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, motions, and appeals.• Draft, review, and revise employment agreements, handbooks, and related documentation to ensure compliance with current laws.• Stay informed about changes in employment law and provide proactive guidance to help clients adapt to evolving regulations.• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop innovative and practical solutions to employment challenges.• Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings, delivering strong advocacy and strategic arguments.• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.• Foster client relationships by delivering high-quality work and maintaining clear communication throughout legal processes.
