Registered Dietitian

Job Title: Registered Dietitian
Location: Rochester, NY 14609 – onsite
Hours: 40
Compensation: $45- $50/hr per hour
Type: Contract To Hire

Responsibilities

• Administer informed consent to subjects
• Review and document subject’s inclusion exclusion criteria, ensure all criteria are met prior to Principal Investigator signing off on randomization
• Review and document subject’s medications and indications for use
• Perform vitals, ECG’s, phlebotomy, and other tests as delegated as needed
• Collect and report Adverse Events
• Follow protocol
• Adhere to good clinical practice
• Attend all Study Review, Staff, Study Coordinator, and Doctor meetings
• Complete study specific and GCP training as needed
• Attend Site Initiation Visit (SIV) if possible
• Review Source Document and suggest changes per site standards
• Prior to study start, meet and be trained on the protocol
• If lead study coordinator is out of the office, act as lead in their absence
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with MS Office
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field
• Registered Dietician License
• One to two years’ experience as a study coordinator/researcher preferred
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Certification preferred
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) preferred
