Automation Applications Sales Engineer

Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually Responsibilities: Manage,develop,andexpandasalesterritoryofexistingcustomersandidentifynewcustomersand opportunities; Developandfollowaterritorysalesplanthatalignswithgrowthforecastsandsalesgoals; Buildsuccessfulinternalandexternalcustomerrelationships; BepartofateamthateffectivelyutilizesCompanyresourcesandsharesleadswithothersales colleagues; Workindependentlywithoutdailysupervision,butremainresponsivetoCompanymanagementrequests for assignments and account intelligence; Facilitatethesalesforecastandinputtothecompany’sCRMsystem; Becomeveryknowledgeableonassignedproductlines,strivingtobecomearesourceofsolutionsfor assigned customers; Negotiatewin-wincontractsthatmakegoodbusinesssensefortheCompanyandourcustomers; Travelthroughouttheassignedterritorywithovernighttravelasrequired. Requirements: 2-5yearsofautomation&controlsoutsidesalesexperiencewithapplicationknowledgeofAC&DC Drives, PLCs, Industrial Ethernet, Sensors & Control products; Strongtechnicalandcommunicationskillsbothwrittenandverbal; Proventrackrecord—the candidatehassuccessfullydemonstratedtechnicalknow-howinpreviousjobsor project assignments; ProficientwithMicrosoftOfficeincludingWord,Excel,Outlook,InternetExplorer,andcontact management/CRM software; Mechanical and/or electro-mechanical aptitude.
