Our client, one of Kansas City’s premier litigation practices, has engaged us in their search for a Senior Litigator / Trial Attorney. This is a new position resulting from the Firm’s continued growth.
The Senior Litigator / Trial Attorney will handle all phases of litigation in a wide range of matters such as Product Liability, Professional Liability, Personal Injury, Construction, and Transportation and will have a great deal of autonomy in handling cases.
Well-established, stable firm with a flexible, collegial culture and an abundance of interesting work. Competitive compensation (with substantial bonus opportunity) commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.
No book of business required, and no pressure to generate business.
Targeting candidates with 7-10-15+ years of litigation experience, including substantial experience handling complex depositions, along with other trial prep/case workup. Must have the ability to pick up a file and quickly delve into the details and issues of the case. JD and bar admission required. EOE
