Strategic HR Partner for People & Performance
Nationwide-Children
Nationwide-Children is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leaders across the organization to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and compliance. You will analyze needs, advise on compensation, and lead HR initiatives in support of a high-performing culture. The role requires a Bachelor's (Master's preferred), PHR/SPHR preferred, and at least five years of HR experience.
