Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Court Attorney located in Bronx, NY. Court Attorneys research and analyze legal issues and questions and perform other related duties. They serve in a confidential capacity. This position is assigned to Hon. Harold Bahr, Civil Court Judge located in Bronx County Criminal Court. Duties include but are not limited to: conferencing cases with attorneys and pro se litigants assisting parties in reaching a settlement conducting legal research conferring with and advising the judge on legal issues drafting orders and legal opinions to be reviewed by the court assisting the judge during bench and jury trials preparing jury charges and instructions conferencing proposed jury charges with attorneys drafting responses and/or responding to inquiries general clerical and office duties Note: The provided description includes external postings and boilerplate content not relevant to this role.
