Technology Risk and Compliance Analyst

Our client is seeking a Technology Risk & Compliance Analyst to support enterprise risk and information security compliance initiatives. This role partners with internal teams, external partners, and clients to help manage risk, maintain compliance frameworks, and support audit-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Client-Facing Security Support Respond to security-related inquiries from clients and prospective clients in a timely manner Manage and track completion of security questionnaires and follow-ups Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including legal, IT, and business teams) to gather required information and address gaps Help ensure alignment with client-specific security and compliance expectations External Audit & Certification Support Assist in maintaining industry certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 or similar frameworks) Coordinate periodic reviews of security and risk policies Collect and organize documentation and evidence for external audits and assessments Participate in audit preparation and related activities Third-Party Risk Oversight Maintain an inventory of critical vendors and service providers Partner with internal teams to keep vendor records and documentation current Monitor remediation efforts and track outstanding risk items Support contract review processes in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders Internal Compliance & Risk Activities Assist in developing and updating internal policies, procedures, and training materials Conduct periodic system access reviews and support departments in meeting compliance requirements Perform internal reviews to assess adherence to established policies and controls Stay informed on evolving industry standards, regulations, and best practices Recommend enhancements to controls, policies, and processes Contribute to special projects and additional initiatives as needed Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role (professional services environment preferred) Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through on deliverables Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems Preferred Exposure to information security, IT audits, or risk/compliance programs Experience drafting policies, procedures, or technical documentation Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 or similar standards Understanding of vendor risk management or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms Awareness of emerging technologies, including generative AI tools #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
