Jr. Computer Server Repair TechVolt is immediately hiring multiple Jr. Computer Server Repair Techs in Fremont, CA.As a Jr. Computer Server Repair Tech, you will:Perform basic mechanical rework, parts replacement, and visual inspectionPerform component replacements, part swaps and re-assembly of server partsFollow standard repair flow and ensure correct material usafe and documentationHandle defective parts and prepare for return to vendor or scrap as requiredConduct basic visual checks and labeling verification after repairAssemble and rework parts on computer servers according to specsThese are full-time temp to hire opportunities.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm.The ideal candidate will have:Basic understanding of PC / server hardware parts (memory, HDD, fans, power supplies etc.)Follow work instructions step by stepElectro-mechanical assembly and/or rework skillsHeavy lifting may be required at time - must be able to lift 50 lbs or higherAble to pass criminal background check and drug screenPay Rate: $22.00 to $25.00 Per Hour DOEBenefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
